convention will be taking place
at the Thistle Hotel, Heathrow.
Rooms
are available for the attendees
at a rate of £59:00 B&B
per night for a single room and
£77 B&B per night for
a twin or a double room.

reservations.
Room availability at the Thistle for this event is becoming limited. If you want to stay at the convention hotel
for this event and have not yet reserved a room then we'd advise doing it soon.

U E S T C A N C E L A T I O N S |
It is with extreme regret that we must announce that
previously announced guest Alex O'Loughlin will no longer be able to attend this event due to a scheduling conflict.
We had worked long and hard to bring Alex over to the UK for an event, but he has just been cast in the film BACK UP PLAN which will be shooting from May through to all of June.
His manager tried hard to fit the convention into his schedule, but sadly it did not work out this time.
While we appreciate that those attending this event will be dissapointed, this is great news for Alex's career, and good news for his fans in the long run.
We are currently in the process of negotiating for replacement guests, and hope to bring Alex to another event at a later date.

1) Admission is at ticket holder?s risk. The promoter and the venue shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained within the premises.
2) All conditions shown on tickets, updates and website are to be read together with all other statements or directives either shown on the ticket, updates, displayed on the premises or website.
3) Tickets are non-transferable. No refunds. In the event of cancellation of the event only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.
4) The Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
5) All ticket holder?s consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience.
6) No unauthorized filming or sound recording ? any breach will lead to temporary confiscation of equipment.
7) No trading without the consent of the promoter.
8) The Management reserves the right to make any changes whatsoever in the event owing to unforeseen or unavoidable cause.
9) Guests appear subject to work commitments.
