THE VENUE
THE RENAISSANCE HOTEL, HEATHROW, LONDON

The convention will be taking place at the Renaissance Hotel, Heathrow. This venue is located adjacent Heathrow Airport, which will make travel to the event much easier for many attendees. This modern hotel and conference centre is easily accessible by road, rail and air making it an excellent choice for this event.

The hotel is offering a special reduced room rate for attendees of this event, for a twin or a double room, per night bed & breakfast. Currently you can only book the hotel by phone. They'll also be able to accept booking made over the internet at the end of November.

The room rate for convention attendees will be £72 per night for a single room and £82 per night for a twin or double. This rate is B&B and includes VAT.

Fancy jumping in the deep end and getting involved with running the event? Then stewarding is for you!

Don't worry if you're a first time attendee, stewarding is really enjoyable and it'll be a great way for you make friends whilst also finding out more about the event.

PAST EVENTS
If you've never attended a STARFURY event before, and are curious as to what takes place, have a look at this video from one of our previous events. STARFURY: ECHO-2 was a Dollhouse convention that took place from 1-3 April 2011.

  1. Admission is at ticket holder's risk. The promoter and the venue shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained within the premises.
  2. All conditions shown on tickets, updates and website are to be read together with all other statements or directives either shown on the ticket, updates, displayed on the premises or website.
  3. Tickets are non-transferable. No refunds. In the event of cancellation of the event only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.
  4. The Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
  5. All ticket holderÂ's consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience.
  6. No unauthorized filming or sound recording – any breach will lead to temporary confiscation of equipment.
  7. No trading without the consent of the promoter.
  8. The Management reserves the right to make any changes whatsoever in the event owing to unforeseen or unavoidable cause.
  9. Guests appear subject to work commitments.
